- Led the Smart Mobility Initiative activities in the Israeli market to implement smart mobility solutions and fuel alternatives for transportation.- Formulated and orchestrated the Israeli national plan for smart mobility, a governmental resolution allocating 250 million NIS in order to make Israel a world leader both in R&D and implementation.- Strived for new opportunities for long-term growth and successful partnerships in order to strengthen the Israeli ecosystem, by monitoring and evaluating industry trends and customer drivers and meeting regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.- Led complex regulation and legislation processes in accordance with the market needs, e.g. regulation for Electric Vehicles, Autonomous Vehicles, Ride and Car Sharing. - Managed end-to-end projects and initiatives, from setting requirements and prioritizations, defining goals, KPIs and timelines to a successful delivery.- Membership in steering committees for choosing Pilot & Demonstration projects, while providing tailor-made solutions and regulatory guidance to companies.- Initiated, monitored, and assessed government support mechanisms.- Communicated and presented the unit's activities and projects to internal customers, government departments, and other stakeholders.- Managed a team of employees and consultants

During the program I gained deep understanding of governmental processes, led working groups and executed wide variety of training tasks.
