CurrentProvide On Site Support and proactive follow up of that incidents assigned in the IT Support Tool (Service Now).Review and Monitor operational status of IT Assets located under his/her geographical Scope, this to ensure Consumption.Schedule in a coordinate manner with the Regional Infrastructure Manager and IT Service Lead the Preventive Maintenance for relevant IT equipments in the site.Keep updated all Documentation related to Assignment Letters, Asset Inventory, Maintenance update.Ensure correct status cleaness and organization of all IT areas, this includes warehouses, lockers, Data Center and IT Office.Proactively Monitor DataCenter when is required in coordination with Global Infrastrucuture Team.Proactivel Monitor Network Equipments looking to assure High customer experience for internal employees.Solve Break & Fix Issues for local devices, look for backup alternatives and Report incidents when its required.Register requests for specific IT Services or products that were required by operational reasons or through the IT Service Portal.Monitor of levels consumables like toner ink, Video beam lights to ensure its operational status.Attend requirements regarding to infrastructure, PC's, Mobile Devices, Servers or other equipments.Self-Management to Schedule his operational activities looking for improvement and increase of customer satisfaction and operational levels in all sites under his/her responsability.Register Purchase Orders and receive goods accoridng to requirements raised in the Service Management tool or by IT Management.To provide reports and information about infrastructure or IT assets in his/her regional scope.
