Hi, my name is Dani. I’m a full-stack developer alumna from an online coding school named Microverse in which we use pair programming with worldwide students to develop real-work projects using React, Postgres, and Ruby on Rails besides best practices, clean code, and Agile methodology.Before joining Microverse I worked as a carpenter, so I know how to deal with customers and deadlines. The first time I touched a computer I was 15 years old, at 16 I wrote my first code in BASIC, using a Casio calculator, so I've always wanted to work with my brain instead of my hands.I have completed the Full Stack program at Microverse but I am also doing The Odin Project course and reading two books about modern JS and data structures to understand in-depth the foundations of programming.At Microverse, I learned a lot of things from “Hello World” in HTML to creating Rail APIs.I have created front-end projects such as a Forecast web page where I used an API to request the data and React to render it. Also, I've worked on back-end projects like an E-commerce application, where I used Rails for creating the Rest API and Heroku for deploying the website. Still, most importantly I am used to working with a remote team with colleagues who have different accents, different time zones, and different cultural backgrounds, using tools like Loom, Slack, Zoom, or Kanban.
