About Danielle Gonçalves

Hello and welcome to my profile! Here I would like to share a bit of my professional journey, the paths I have travelled and the lessons I have learned. These experiences have contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth, and have instilled in me a desire to learn, develop and collaborate with those around me. I started my journey in 2002 by studying Tourism and Hospitality and also did some internships in the field. In 2006, I started working in the hotel industry at the Ibis economy hotel chain (Accor Hotels), where I worked for three and a half years at the Ibis Taubate unit in the interior of Sao Paulo, as well as in midscale (Mercure Hotels) and upscale (Pullman Hotels) hotels. In 2010, I had the opportunity to work as an international flight attendant, developing teamwork over the course of 10 years, working in an environment of dialogue and carrying out coordinated actions to deliver the best customer experience. In 2021, I lived in Dublin-Ireland to gain work and study experience, as well as to improve my English language skills and develop my ability to work with different cultures. Throughout 2023, I dedicated myself to postgraduate studies in hotel management. At the beginning of 2024, I started a Trainee Program at the Marriott hotel chain in Orlando-Florida (USA).
