My responsibilities include:- Managing all aspects of the exhibition planning process, including tracking project milestones, sharing deliverables, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring financials, etc.- Building relationships and communication channels between the project team, artist studios, other institutions, third party contractors, etc.- Developing high level budget estimates and global calendar dates for exhibitions 2-5 years in advance- Managing onsite installation and deinstallation, including changeover schedules, floor activity, real-time financials, project markers, etc.- Reconciling exhibition invoices- Facilitating the completion of exhibition development materials like checklists, art layouts, exhibition agreements, budget packages, etc.- Advising outreach and advancement teams on the use of active gallery space during the run of an exhibition- Constantly reevaluating and reflecting on exhibition processes to improve all aspects of exhibition planningCurrent project: Jenny Holzer: Light Line, on through September 29Next projects: Final titles TBD, opening in 2025.
