Entertainment Team Leader, TUI UK and Ireland February 2014- February 2016As a Team Leader for Thomson, my job was to ensure the successful operation of entertainment programs in five hotels in Mallorca. The hotels had three distinct concepts which were; Family, Gold and Couples. I had to know the specific branding and type of entertainment that was performed in each hotel and to ensure it exceeded business objectives, I achieved this through ongoing in resort training.
