• Designed from scratch backend for a SaaS product that turned iPad into interactive kiosks starting from MVP to production-ready service through an agile development process in close cooperation with product owner, UX.
• Interviewed candidates, helped to build a motivated team, served as lead developer carrying out code review and mentoring other team members.

• Project: Wild Tanks Online
• Participated in development of MMORPG about tank battles on mobile devices, implemented elaborate game logic and fiercely refactored unmaintainable legacy code. Headed team.
• Resolved high-load issues through introduction of master-slave clusterization of game servers (using Apache Tribes and Tomcat session replication).
• Designed new event-based communication protocol allowing to synchronize scene state on server and client without writing easy to break boilerplate code via providing simple framework for developers and handling network.
• Designed game team balancer based on greedy matching algorithm.
• Dealt with limited Android programming for a game client application.

• Projects: Warships Online, Mobimeet
• Designed Javascript interpreter for J2ME (having to deal with limited memory and CPU resources). Designed several 2D-games running in that interpreter as proof of concept.
• Realized simple 2D physic engine for warship movement simulation.
• Designed farm simulator (game), both: frontend and backend as an RMI module for a mobile social network server. Utilized MongoDB to persist farm state.
• Dealt with limited OpenGL and C++ programming.
