Main achievements:- Implementation of ATS Huntflow to work with candidates.- Automation and standardization of recruitment processes.- Effective management of a recruitment team of up to 20 people.- Standardization of the recruiters' training process and their integration into the workflow.- I have thought out a system for conducting market analysis to form a picture of market wages for key vacancies.- Several departments were formed from scratch - recruitment, DevOps, QA, UX/UI, backend, frontend, iOS, android, gamedev, marketing.- Participated in the construction of the company's HR brand, namely in the processing of the corporate website and the opening of blogs on specialized sites, in particular Habre.- Participated in the development of its own system for evaluating candidates who identify the required flexible skills.
