In 2021, my company received a subcontractor proposition from one of the leading e-commerce establishments in the United States, specializing in a particular market niche. The proposal entailed taking on the role of E-commerce Manager and assuming responsibility for virtually all tasks associated with the e-commerce shop. Following extensive negotiations, we reached mutually favorable terms and formalized our collaboration through a subcontractor agreement that included an appendix for non-disclosure agreements. Consequently, I am bound by confidentiality, preventing me from divulging the company's name or the specific industry niche it operates within.For a period spanning over one and a half years, I held the position of overseeing the e-commerce shop for this undisclosed company. My core responsibilities encompassed managing the routine workflow of the e-commerce website, including updates and the maintenance of the purchase path. I also maintained open lines of communication with suppliers and the customer support team, stepping in to resolve significant issues when the customer support team required additional authority. Additionally, I maintained the e-commerce inventory by adding new products and collections while removing items that were no longer in stock. Beyond these duties, a major part of my role involved spearheading e-commerce SEO optimization efforts. I actively participated in formulating fresh marketing strategies and collaborated with other managers to ensure their effective implementation

I am one of the twelve Representatives of the LAMKO administration. The Representative role is to appoint and dismiss the administration, approve budgets and action plans, to monitor the activities.

At Kazakhstan, I participated in arranging different events and hosted a few of them. All these three months I was vigorously participating in the Finnish pavilion activities, and there were a lot of them. There where over 70 different company meetings and events. Over 1500 VIP guests visited company meetings and over 300 000 common people visited the Finnish pavilion. I was participating in most of the meetings and events by helping our managers and guides in arranging them by all means necessary. I also arranged business and official meetings for Team Finland at Astana at the beginning of September, and coordinated them until the end. Most of them were successful.
