The core idea of our product is getting performance overview of any website on the internet. By analysing various number of traffic - direct, referral, social, or paid, - we are able to build insights on traffic sources, clients' engagement and a number of performance metrics. In our highly professional team I mainly play the role of Frontend Developer, meaning creating new and supporting existing user interfaces, optimising the work and speed of our complex code base and finding the best architectural solutions to provide our clients with the most precise insights on market.We use Typescript, React and Jest for the frontend project.My main responsibilities are:- Code review - Mentoring a group of junior developers- Writing new code and refactoring the existing code- Writing documentations

We work according to LeSS framework and develop various types of credit products. Together we have been successfully increasing the Temkin Rate of our customers by incrementally improving the UI/UX of our SPAs with application forms and finding new growth points via A/B testing and processing various analytics. Also, we regularly communicate with the internal services of the bank (call-centre, delivery unit, etc) that help us deliver and automate theirs typical business process by providing them with frontend and backend services.I enjoy being a team player and often suggest ways of enriching our methodology (I help onboarding new members, often lead various scrum activities - retro, etc)Responsibilities:1. Continuous improvement of clients' application forms. I usually actively participate in the whole delivery process from generating hypothesis according to GA analytics data to forming the acceptance criteria, from realising the increment in the source code to releasing the version to production and gaining feedback from users.2. I develop and refactor those backend microservices that might be connected to the frontend side with the accordance to product's' roadmap.3. To gain insights, I analyse data on our tests and users' behaviour and present it to product managers for validation and discussion.4. Finally, I actively participate in the frontend community of the bank by helping teammates from another teams to T-shape in frontend and helping with community's projects (for example, fixing bugs for UI-kit)

Minor technical support.As a part of a rapidly growing consulting company, I participated in the development, bug fixing and refactoring of a complex ERP-system to automate both inner and clients' business processes (hiring, documents delivery, creating tasks and communication channels) and improve clients' overall satisfactory of our services.The system was accessible via browser (web version) and Android app (mobile version - Bellerage Online), so I learned a lot about web and mobile technologies and helped a lot decreasing the amount of potential bugs and general work speed of the system. Later on, we started developing an agile standalone service for business intelligence with 1C, excel files or custom SQL as data providers. I was assigned both to fully develop the mobile version on Android and study the market for similar solutions and insights. Thus, I contributed in forming valid business and technical requirements and successfully deliver the MVP.
