— Managed a team of up to six employees, including duty legal help coordinators and regional legal help coordinators.— Successfully facilitated the provision of legal assistance at police stations and courts for individuals detained for expressing their opinions, particularly through peaceful protests, in over 14,000 cases across approximately 100 cities in Russia.— Designed databases, maintained statistics, strategized, and optimized processes to enhance operational efficiency.— Effectively communicated and collaborated with over 200 lawyers involved in the project.— Resolved conflicts and disputes among team members, lawyers, and defendants, ensuring smooth workflow and effective problem-solving.

— Successfully completed over 200 tasks and projects, encompassing but not limited to:- Collecting and organizing data for the project's reports on freedom of assembly and related subjects.- Coordinating a team of up to 500 volunteers to support the project during mass protests, including tasks such as collecting information about detentions, managing hotlines and Telegram-bot, and providing legal counseling to detainees.-Translating reports, submissions, newsletters, and other materials.— Expanded, developed, and managed a community of approximately 3,000 volunteers (starting with just ~300 when I took the position).— Assisted the project's team with media monitoring, news writing for the website, and maintenance of social media accounts on an occasional basis.— Planned and executed volunteer community events to foster the growth and loyalty of the community.
