I am responsible for game development, event organisation and marketing. Treasure Hunt Ljubljana is a part of a network of Treasure Hunt games in other European cities. The game is popular with companies as a form of a team building event, and with private groups as a fun sightseeing game.

I created production orders, released them, and tracked them all the way through production to their final TECO status. When colleagues on the shop floor were frustrated (missing a component, being late to the truck), I was there to help them. I organized production processes and tasks into lovely queues, sorted them in colourful lists. I took care of alerts in case of trouble, speded up the process when necessary, or even provided them with extra shifts. I informed managers how full our capacities were, whether the extra short delivery date could be shortened and provided any kind of statistics they might wish to monitor on a Thursday morning.SAP APO is my dearest calendar, and Excel is my Swiss Army knife to carve any boring SAP export into amazing data sculptures. I even used Excel to do the heavy clicking while I was sitting in the cafeteria.
