After a long teaching career in Aviation Academy, as an ICAO Aviation English Proficiency Rater in Training Center Aviation Academy as well as Assistant Director for International Cooperation, I have been assigned a new role as Director of College of Applied Studies Aviation Academy which has opened a new chapter in my career.All the challenges and responsibilities which are in front of me have evolved from my teaching profession in Aviation Academy that started more than two decades ago.I am passionate about education and international cooperation, promoting the importance of integration of these two aspects.I have graduated from the Faculty of Philology, Belgrade University. I have done my MA and PhD degree at the same faculty. My doctoral thesis involves methodology, applied linguistics in the field of CLIL and TBLT in ESP which resulted in founding bilingual program in Aviation Academy.I am a certified Aviation English examiner and rater according to ICAO (International Civil Avaitaion Organisation) standards and scale. As the author of ICAO Aviation English Test accredited by CAD of the Republic of Serbia, I have designed the manual for conducting Aviation English test in my organization. I have held many aviation language courses for aviation personnel (both civil and military).I have been successfully developing international cooperation since 2016 and have worked on the Strategy of Internalisation of Aviation Academy 2020-2025. I was the coordinator of LLP PETALL project in the school which was awarded the European Languages Label (ELL) by the Portuguese Erasmus + Agency.
