The BC Attorney General's Legal Services Branch relies on 550 staff to make sure the legal and legislative needs of the province are met. I make sure that the business needs of these 550 staff are met by doing robust planning, research, measuring, tracking, procuring and implementing solutions that enable us to continue serving the provinces needs. As a lead consultant, I had to identify and procure a multi million dollar legislation development system. Started with assessing the issues that might endanger the government's legislative agenda and mapping the whole BC legislation development processes for the first time ever. That work earned me two ministerial letters of support. I either led or coordinated successful projects like integrated legislation development system, secure file transfer services, hardware and software refresh cycles, ServiceNow implementation, business intelligence gathering, advanced forms design and management solutions.
