• Provide support to a team of attorneys and paralegals by managing appointments. • Drafting response letters and specialized forms such as viewing disclosures and affidavits. • Gather documents and respond to subpoenas and records requests. • Serve as first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from internal clients. • Review and edit a variety of contracts ranging from NDA, CNC and Direct-to-Hire. • Create and manage matters in CSC for billing to outside counsel.
