Danika Hohmann has helped build and grow several dental companies in various leadership roles. Prior to her current role as DSO Business Development Leader for Texas Dental and Braces, she worked in Sales Operations and Strategic Partnerships for Dental Whale. She has spent the majority of her time with Dental Whale as the Business Leader of Front Desk DDS and before then was the VP of Outsourcing Services and Corporate Development Coordinator at Breakaway Practice. During her time with these industry leaders, she achieved many operational goals improving both the productivity and revenue stream for all departments. She also aided in the project development of new technologies and programs designed to show real data and related practice growth.Danika is now using her years of experience to help support the high growth of Texas Dental and Braces. In building out the Shared Services division she is able to guarantee all initiatives to grow the company are run effectively, efficiently and in support of TDB's business strategies and objectives amongst all of their offices.
