We are developing an education platform for training volunteers who want to participate in search and rescue operations. Our QA team consists of 10 people, including a QA Lead.My responsibilities include requirements analysis, test design, creating test documentation (test cases, checklists), test execution, and documenting bugs. We primarily focus on functional testing and UI/UX.In addition, I participate in discussions related to the product's features and attend weekly/daily meetups and retrospectives.

We are developing a project management system for an international team with unique features. The project team consists of 19 members.I am part of a team of 5 junior testers, and I serve as their lead. It was the sole QA (Quality Assurance) member in a 13-person development team for the newly developed internal Yandex system with gamification elements. The service is currently in the preparation stage for deployment, and due to NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) regulations, I cannot provide specific details.I independently organized the testing process, created test documentation (test plans, checklists, test cases), and conducted functional testing (on CI/CD). Functional and non-functional testing of web and mobile applications.During this time, several services were tested. In total, I found 238 bugs (about 25 of them were blocking and critical).Yandex Routes web: I performed manual testing of a client-server web application.This involved analyzing product requirements and visualization, analyzing calculation and formula logic, and designing test cases for the main functionality. I also conducted cross- browser testing, composed checklists for UI, tested new functionality, identified and reported bugs, and worked with databases.Yandex Routes mobile: I performed manual testing of a mobile application. In the absence of technical requirements, I compiled documentation and created checklists for testing new functionality. I tested the functionality and logic using Android Studio and reported bugs.Yandex Metro mobile: I performed manual testing of new backend functionality via API.This involved analyzing documentation, creating checklists for testing, and conducting tests using tools like Postman. I also identified and reported bugs.Yandex Market Web and Mobile Application: I worked with both the web and mobile versions of the application. My tasks included requirements analysis, visualization, and writing checklists and test cases for UI, functionality, and backend operations via API.
