I co-founded Route & Discovery, a research company that provides customized studies designed to improve key business metrics for SaaS and mobile apps.

I founded a boutique consulting agency dedicated to helping organizations launch new products, identify inefficiencies, automate processes, and integrate cutting-edge technologies—helping companies optimize resources, operate more efficiently, and become leaner and more agile.

Motion Pole clients and followers kept asking us how to make these awesome videos, so we decided to start an online school called Motion TV. The concept behind the school was to style each course as a different TV show. We've had over 1,500 students finish our courses. We offered three levels of classes, from basic animation and After Effects skills to advanced stuff like procedural animation and 3D graphics.Every Friday, I went live to give feedback on people's work. What's cool is that anyone could send in their work for me to check out. Some students even used it to fix things up before showing their work to clients.

I co-founded Motion Pole, one of the first video production companies to exclusively focus on social media content. Our vision was to create the most sexiest videos for targeted advertising with the motto "We'll sell your product in 15 seconds". With a strong focus on one thing, we became the best, implementing innovations that boost conversions. We've produced over 2,500 commercials for more than 1,000 clients around the globe.Over time, we expanded our offerings to include cutting-edge AR filters for Instagram, web development, and even full-service production for online courses.Throughout the years, we've collaborated with a wide range of major brands, including Tele2, Podryad TV, Skolkovo, NL International, World of Retail, and more.

WDI is a web design school known for its intensive one-year UX/UI design course. This program equips students with everything they need to become top-notch designers, from the technical tools to artistic fundamentals like composition and color theory. I started by creating video content to promote and sell these courses. But my role grew over time. I eventually took on creating marketing plans, building sales funnels to maximize enrollment, and even organizing video shoots at industry conferences.

I led the launch of the Purple Shop, a women's clothing showroom. I managed all aspects, from scouting models for photo shoots to crafting targeted advertising campaigns across various platforms. This included building the shop's social media presence and driving customer acquisition.

During this period, I was designing posters for events, crafting targeted advertising materials, creating logos, and developing designs for e-commerce websites.
