I’m passionate about renewable energy and have spent the last 15 years working in R&D and operations at SolarEdge. My background combines a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering (Signal processing and Electro-optics) and an MBA in Business Administration with a career built on leading teams, complex projects management, solving challenges, and driving improvements. I started my journey in R&D, where I worked my way up from a hardware engineering student to a Hardware Team Leader and later an R&D Director. For 13 years, I was involved in developing innovative products and managing both direct and in-direct cross-functional teams that contributed to SolarEdge’s success in the renewable energy market. For the past two years, I’ve been focused on operations, serving as the Senior Director of Global Operations Excellence and Manufacturing Technologies. In this role, I’ve been responsible for improving manufacturing processes, increasing production efficiency, lowering costs and ensuring high-quality outcomes across global production sites.I enjoy working in roles that combine leadership, teamwork, motivating others through empowerment, problem-solving and continuous improvement. I’m experienced in managing groups and teams, leading complex programs and projects involving diverse stakeholders, driving cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, improving processes, and working with people across different regions and cultures. My passion for renewable energy continues to motivate me to find new ways to make an impact and contribute to a sustainable future for us and future generations 🌎
