I'm responsible in overseeing the complete lifecycle of AXS products—from concept validation through data analytics, UI/UX design, and development, to go-to-market strategies and continuous post-launch optimization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and business development, we ensure seamless product execution and successful launches, even within a lean structure.A key success has been growing the AXS mobile app's active user base to 650,000, positioning it as the primary customer engagement platform over the AXS Station kiosks. This growth was achieved through strategic partnerships, customer-centric innovation, and a commitment to delivering a superior user experience.As the relationship lead for key partners like Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, DBS, and Krisflyer, I collaborate with these stakeholders to drive high-impact campaigns and initiatives that enhance the value of AXS’s product offerings.In Q1 2024, I led the launch of a groundbreaking crypto payment acceptance solution for bill payments—the first of its kind in Singapore and the region. Additionally, I spearheaded the introduction of a remittance service to China, leveraging the AXS app’s reach to tap into the growing Chinese national community in Singapore.

From 2013 to 2023, I was tasked to head Human Resource and through an one-man HR team we transformed HR function from mainly transactional to being strategic with deepened employee engagement, structured learning and development, and drawing actionable insights from analytics. As part of the initiatives to build organizational culture and people engagement, the HR team organised Managers' Retreat in multiple overseas locations to build camaraderie amongst people managers and employee team building activities to create opportunities for bonding.

From 2009 to 2023 in addition to product and business development role, I double-hatted as corporate affairs support for board meeting schedule coordination, meeting materials preparation and minutes keeping. I served as the contact point for Board of Directors and DBS group corporate secretariat for board related matters, interfacing with Board of Directors and worked closely with Management Team to ensure accuracy of formal actions and fulfillment.

I was the business account manager for DBS fronting all business and marketing activities relating to the bank on AXS.

I was the product manager to work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and bring to market new AXS products such as Express Top-Up providing telco top-up services at migrant workers dormitories, and QuickBill for over-the-counter bill payment services at 160 Cheers stores. In my business development role, I was the account manager for DBS managing all services and business relationships.I also continued in my support role for board meeting schedule and materials coordination, and minutes keeping.

I was the business account manager for key government clients such as NParks, CPF and insurance billing organisations, actively engaging clients to deepen relationship and expand services provided on AXS.In addition to business development responsibilities, I was also assigned as the deployment manager responsible for sourcing locations for AXS Station, conducting initial site surveys, negotiating contracts with landlords and coordinating with internal stakeholders and operational teams for AXS Station installation/removal matters.I also double-hatted as corporate affairs support to manage board meeting schedule and material coordination, and minutes keeping.

As the direct sales person fronting calls and walk-in customers to the showroom, I present car product information into suitable info bites tailored according to the needs and wants of the customer I'm serving. I provide end to end sales cycle from car introduction, test drive, sales order placement, car delivery and after sales customer support. I also double-hatted as the marketing coordinator to plan and organise sales activities such as road shows, trade shows and partner campaign collaborations.
