Chemical Engineer - Acting in the industrial process area of ​​paper manufacturing.- Application of quality tools (5S; 5W2H; PDCA; Ishikawa, MASP); Mapping of the whole process (mass process - low and high consistency refining, fiber fractionation, approach flow, stage of formation of the sheets ("IBS" boxes), pressing, segregation and knowledge in operation with clupack);- Development of studies with the objective of common and special process variations, potential and actual losses, flow equilibrium optimization, CEP elaboration and correlation matrices;Training / Meeting for the 48 employees of the production unit, in order to show goals, operational indicators and recycling of Operational Procedures;- Elaboration of production and improvement report, working time scale and performance evaluation;- Participation in the development of economic technical feasibility for operational and annual investments, Pay as well as realization of calculation of demand and productivity;- Knowledge with the Sigma system (Process Indicators).
