●Overall responsible for the store operation by ensuring that it runs smoothly with zero to minimal customer complaint.●On Operation’s, doing assessment by doing weekly in-store audit, to ensure that all aspects of the store are in line with the standard requirement of the company.●On People, responsible for preparing weekly schedule, doing payroll, providing Performance Appraisal quarterly for the staff & semi-annual for the managers, providing employee engagement program to ensure harmonious relationship of the store team members – this is done thru motivational programs.●On Sales, monitoring sales trend & ensuring that sales target are met, checking RTA activities in order to prepare the store for peak periods, ensuring that sales target & current sales performance of the store are properly coordinated to all store team members to empower them in achieving store sales quota. Ensuring that Food, Service & Cleanliness of the store are in line with the standard requirements in order to meet total customer satisfaction. Providing Sales & Marketing Plan such as updating current RTA trend, empowering suggestive selling of the staff to highlight new product trial or upselling of our current meal combination offerings, improving quality of service to enhance customer experience, & coordinating marketing activities and installation of marketing collaterals within to maximize visibility. Cascading new product & ensuring that merchandising are updated from time to time.●On Cost, ensuring that inventory is up-to date with minimal variance – this is done thru thorough checking of actual physical count & compare it with the theoretical count. Ensuring that our Operating Expense is at optimal according to budget, from food cost to office supplies, by maintaining daily store requirements & maximizing supplies as used in the store.●On Administrative, ensure that cash control is in place, all documents are well organized, and PNL report are updated.
