- Built a white-label mobile app process to customize and deploy native apps for hundreds of one customer's clients from scratch during a time when SMS marketing for their vertical was catching fire. Streamlined and documented the business processes for ongoing maintenance and administration of mobile app initiative, and eventually successfully trained my replacements. These efforts helped salvage the business' relationships with their customers and onboard an entire team of devs and admins onto a new workflow.- Developed two horizontally scaled NodeJS software businesses from the ground up: built the infrastructure, designed and documented the systems, its data, and its processes, trained their teams, and eventually handed off the projects fully. One was a mobile app with a web app marketplace, the other was a content-rich, highly customized, SEO-heavy medical marketing web app. The medical marketing company sold for around $13M.- Gained lots of experience with various clients building infrastructure, designing systems, training and managing developers, training administrators, devising business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and getting business ideas out to market in a practical manner.
