• Supporting global implementation, improvement, and rollout projects within the SAP framework• Communicating with SAP end-users across the international organization• Initiating new Change Requests to the SAP team using the appropriate tool• Regularly following up on the ticketing process• Creating statistics, performing variance analysis, and preparing presentations based on ticketing tool data• Providing team support in gathering information for operational topics
