 Reviews production scheduling reports together with the production planner.  Ensure that daily output and NC% defect by each line are being check, monitored and analyze.  Monitor & prepares OPI result by each line for PPM, Repair and LMPU result by weekly & monthly.  Prepares Weekly presentation for management review  Prepares Weekly and Monthly OPI data result for Steering Wheels and Knobs NC% & Overall Internal PPM for AHO. Monitor Overtime hrs. In each cost center based on set target.  Ensures Work Instruction , Process Flow , Production Control Plan , Standard Specifications , Guidelines & PFMEA are being followed and executed on each line and update to new TS format.  Ensure to comply and implement APS Training and other related training activities  Check & Monitor daily production meetings are done and Action taken to solve production problems.  Check & Monitor product produced daily based on customer demand and no over- production.  Ensure TG Review at AZP will be implemented for new projects. (APDS)  Conduct Performance review for Section Heads and Supervisors two times per year.(Job Performance)  Ensure Production Budget target set per month is being achieve.  Ensure Kaizen Suggestion is done in all levels and Action plan are implemented.  Upon receive of new release, Check the release schedule and determine the manpower requirements, machine capacity and material availability and coordinate with Production Material Controller.  Recommends to Purchasing for the procurement of local materials needed in the production.  Ensure that Supervisors prepare the export draft based on actual customer demand.  Ensure that production related problems and NC are being measures and analyze and correct any foreseen event/problem which may affect the attainment of the production targets.

 Reviews production scheduling reports together with the production planner.  Sets goal and objectives in terms of safety, housekeeping, quality , PPD, efficiency, compliance, attendance, scrappage, improvement ideas and participation in associate involvement program. Develops short and long term plans based on the production schedule. Determine line capacity, headcount requirement, and overtime schedules in order to ensure prompt delivery of products to the customer. Renders active support to the department responsibility for complying with ISO 14001 and TS 16949. Prepares annual budget for headcount, overtime, and supplies in assigned cell. Determines and plans out training requirements to ensure that each associate is fully aware of their role in producing a quality product. Plans and implement cross-training to improve line flexibility. Coordinates with all support groups on concerns affecting the operation and associates. Calls and presides over cross-functional team meeting for quick resolution of problems. Reviews daily line performance in terms of PPD, efficiency, DPM, and moved quantity versus targets and come up with action plans to improve performance. Conducts weekly section meetings to appraise section performance and communicates important information. Conducts audit on all operators in a regular basis to ensure compliance of safety, quality systems, and procedures. Maintains good discipline in the production floor and ensure fair administration of disciplinary actions. Monitors line performance through accurate/complete and on time preparation of production reports.

 Reviews and analyses process, product data, control data, yields and initiates actions for out of specification data and trend characteristics. Improves process capability to improve process yield and reject reduction. Improves machine capability thru machine modification. Design fabrication/machining/assembly process for new customize orders as well as preparation/design jigs. Design and fabricate jigs, and other related items to help improve the process and machine capability. Interprets customer drawings and layouts for manufacturing process identification. Design work standards, work instructions and guidelines for new procedure or process. Investigates process and product failures and device corrective action using QC tools. Make technical reports for process and product failures, improvement or customer request. Advice production machine specification for better production performance. Provide appropriate training and knowledge for new production operators, technicians and engineers. Involve in the requisition and purchase of equipment parts for production. Set up & qualify new machine/equipment tools and jigs prior to production use. Repair & evaluate damaged equipment. Maintains and make sure production machines is operational and within specifications.
