• Responsible for the overall financial results, service standards and team development operations of 11 retail stores throughout Southeast Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin markets. Duties include but are not limited to.
• Responsible for redevelopment and successful restructuring of an under-performing market
• Direct and supervise the work activities of 16 managers, 34 department managers and 360 associates throughout multiple states.
• Leverage strengths of those with different backgrounds, knowledge, styles, talents and perspectives to achieve sales objectives.
• Strong focus on recruiting, training and developing all management levels to ensure the company objectives are understood and executed.
• Further improved the customer experience by way of elevating visual presentations, upgrading talent, and developing a stronger selling culture.

Finish Line

• Responsible for the operations of thirteen (13) stores throughout Southeast Michigan and Toledo Ohio. Duties include, recruiting, hiring, training, customer service, visual workshops, inventory control, corporate.
• Directed and supervised the work activities of 13 managers and 250 associates.
• Analyzed weekly sales reports, as well as, formulate and distributed sales workbooks for each manager.
• Conducted weekly conference calls to discuss sales, personnel, product concerns and labor performances.
• Guided management personnel in areas of coaching, training associates, customer service, Inventory Control and effective communication.
• Conducted monthly and yearly performance reviews.
