The IFS Solutioning & Support Manager will provide leadership within Enterprise System’s IFS Solutioning and IFS Application Support team; partner with business units to deliver IFS System solutions ; build system capability, and implement best practices focusing on lowest unit cost in a sustainable and scalable framework. This position is a subject matter expert (SME) in IFS and is the SME for ERP solutioning, RDBMS and complex SQL scripting. The Position will also support IFS implementations and other solutioning Projects. L3/L4 IFS solutioning, SQL scripting and RDBMS is essential for the position.

• Work with sales team to analyze revenue data coming from different systems/applications used by DHL corporate to produce different sales report for team and individual analysis. • Perform statistical analysis, data mining, extensive visualization and graphing, and development of new methods of reporting.• Develop guidelines, standards, and processes for the development of custom reporting tools.• Optimize data structures for statistical analysis.• Conduct routine maintenance of databases and analysis tools. • Design report visualizations (including charts and graphs).

• Assumed management responsibility on the support and development department. (4 Business Support Analyst and 9 developers) • Priorities development work to be given to support developers.• Making sure all customer details, customization documents are kept updated in IFS Life Cycle system.• Making sure that the team provides acceptable case response and resolution time at all time.• Attend to Customer cases and distribute to support consultant.• In-house IT personnel responsible for sourcing, installation and maintenance for all IT related office equipments.

• Receive customer cases through IFS Internet support center, provide first level support such as running query in IFS knowledge database and provide necessary resolution to the reported case.• Responsible for gathering all needed case information before escalating the case to IFS RND.• Responsible to merged Bug Release from RND to customer’s code.• Remain owner of the case until case resolution was provided hence communication between customers and RND remains.• Provides first hand technical assistance to customers query.• Directly manage escalated customer situations that may have significant impact on business
