Analysis of accounting, financial and market data, prepare reports to clarify doubts from national and international investors. Make presentations and collect evidence to comply with legal requirements from regulatory bodies, since the Group is publicly-held on Brazil and USA stock exchanges (BRA-B3 and USA-NYSE). Jointly with the head managers from each company of the group, evaluate the data and ensure the financial and accounting consistency sent by the different business units. And in turn, prepare the Reference Form and 20-F to their respective regulatory bodies, as well as participate in the company's public offerings plan (IPO).Prepare the materials of quarterly and annual financial results of the corporation’s publicly-held companies for investor relations director's revision and approval, ensuring the consistency of the disclosed reports and financial statements, demonstrating at the same time an analysis of the domestic and international economic scenarios to obtain market consensus.Participate in meetings with the sell-side of large banks and other investment companies, to help the analysts to develop a correct Valuation of our companies, so they can present an investment recommendation in line with the reality of the firm and market.Monitoring of capital market movements, preparation of stock performance reports for the senior management, and keeping an up-to-date institutional corporate presentation, for teleconference with shareholders.Last, but not least, monitor the department budget and issue dividend payments.

Intern on Investor Relations, support private individual investors, update internal process and management control, help directors in technical studies and assist in administrative management affairs.

Analyze and recommend a new business plan, develop strategies and the action plan to be implemented for the success of the proposed model. The project was about a new online course’s platform. Tabula is one of the many projects of the Saint Paul Group. It enriched my professional background due to the challenge of involving different areas (sales, marketing, and finance) to support the business plan recommendation.

I participated in the financial management of “Tchello Correia Joias” a male jewelry company, where I gained experience with cash flow, accounts payable and product inventory. I also participated in meetings with the company’s owner.
