Together with sales team, we are responsible in selling the company solutions with constructions firms, designers, contractors, developer and other company who uses CAD solution for their designs. I educate prospects on products through calls, demos, presentations, trainings and by conducting webinars. Continuously provide exceptional support to our existing customers query both sales and technical concerns.I do conduct remote access support for technical concerns of customers and resolve the issue the soonest. I do technical support and pre-sales support both for Autodesk AEC Solutions and ANSYS Mechanical FEA Simulation and analysis. Speaker for Autodesk seminars and events, conduct product presentation and technical trainings for AutoCAD LT, AutoCAD Full, AutoCAD P&ID and Plant 3D, Revit, ANSYS Discovery Solutions and basic ANSYS Mechanical workbench. Additional responsibilities includes managing and developing unit procedures, programs and services offered to customers making our unit an income generating group. Develop and monitor technical specialist/Applications Engineer reports, manage team performance, provides training and orientation for newly hired employee, coach, counsel and motivate subordinates.
