With over five years of experience in human resources and information systems, I am a passionate and skilled professional who strives to deliver data and reporting solutions that support business decisions and improve performance. I am currently working as an Information Systems Business Analyst at Beacon Hospital.In my role, I create and adapt security profiles, filters, and alerts for the HR System (Softworks), ensuring that different levels of users have appropriate access. I also work closely with HRBPs and department managers to provide ad hoc reports. Additionally, I solve any queries regarding the HR information systems (both Softworks and Strandum), liaising with IT and the vendors when necessary.
