• Responsible for litigation and consultancy in all mining units (CSN - Casa de Pedra e Pires, CSN - Arcos and ERSA - Estanho de Rondônia).• Participation in the management group of CSN Mineração's Master Plan (Business strategy until 2030).• Management of the legal team and its routines and flows.• Decrease in the contingency in CSN Mineração's labor lawsuits, proposing an alternative analysis in relation to the contingency phase.• Identification and analysis of the real estate processes of the Casa de Pedra mining complex• Significant participation in a lawsuit related to a contract for the purchase and sale of ore worth US $ 200 million, in which an unfavorable decision to the company was reversed, allowing the making of an agreement between the parties.• Management of massified and strategic / special processes, reporting directly to both the corporate legal director and the director / manager of the local unit.• Effective participation in discussions and meetings with public bodies at all levels and in different areas, negotiation with unions.• Restructuring of the legal team, aiming at optimization, efficiency and reliability of results.• Management of procedural software with generation of reports and indicators from the legal area for the development of preventive work and constant and updated information from the administrative board.• Support to the administration of the units for better decision making.
