Converter Industry was part of Linari Group.They design/build and sell worldwide energy management and control systems: UPS, static switches, AC/AC as well as DC/DC voltage/frequency converters, testing programmable power supply.Usual application fields were, e.g. railways control rooms as well as on-board energy converters, navy facilities, datacenter, alternative national supply Standards conversion. My task was to develop, test and follow up installation about new hardware solutions; end-line testing and quality assurance, Customer pre/post sale service and support.

Meler Italia srl is part of Meler Group, a Hot-Melt applicators designer and manufacturer. Its headquarter is in Pamplona, Spain.The Hot-Melt typical applications are widely distributed from packaging automation, automotive, manufacturing, up to visual adv marketing and products promotions.My main task was to manage the italian Customers service dept., coordinating h24 some national independent technical partners, as well as visiting customers by myself, for both dedicated services and on-the-field solutions achievements.I was also responsible about to keeping tracks of foreigner countries services actions requested by Customers of our Italian Customers but operated and managed from the spanish Headquarter .

Originally, Prati was a small machinery manufacturer workshop .Its founder, Mr Pietro Prati, strongly believing in his own ideas about mechanical and automation design, gained italian first, worldwide later, growing market shares.He took advantage from his experience, skills and a bit of futuristic craziness, to design and build machineries for pressure-sensitive labels quality inspection high speed slitter rewinders. Currently Prati Company is a strong productive industrial reality, with subsidiaries in many Countries.They design, develop, manufacture and sell worldwide their unique solutions for the Graphic industry Quality Inspection.As my 1st employ, I was starting as electrical/electronic technician, building and testing machineries.Less than one year later I got the possibility to develop my first AC/DC-motor control board (currently, many of these improved boards are still in service). My primary task was so re-directed to electronic R&D, In this role, I grew up, improving my automation solutions design skills and experiencing new applications fields.Increased responsibilities brought me to lead up to 5 people involved in R&D/Manufacturing and pre/post Customer Tech Support.In parallel I was also managing electrical/electronic purchasing orders/ suppliers contacts and outsourcing recruiting.I will always be proud of many of the (personal as well as techincal) values I learned during that experience.
