Corporate & Investment Banking - Client Coverage- Senior relationship manager responsible for the Consumer (food and agribusiness) and FI portfolios, as well as names from the P&I, Industrials, M&M and TMT sectors.- Strong relationship with top Brazilian corporates (turnover above USD 100 million), including largest economic groups in the country) and mid-sized companies (revenues: USD 10-100 million).- Leading role on deal execution in the Brazil-Sub-Saharan Africa corridor (onboarding, proposals discussion, product structuring, credit approvals, legal documentation, and compliance).- Track record of offshore opportunities related to: (a) M&A; (b) ECM; (c) Lending structuring (ST/ LT), VAF; (d) L/Cs issuance, confirmation and discounting; (e) Guarantees issuance (stand-by, performance, advanced payment bonds); (f) Credit Cards, POS, collections, host-to-host, cash pooling, trapped cash and other cash management related solutions; (g) FX, hedging.- Direct reporting to the Brazilian CEO.

Corporate & Investment Banking - Client Coverage- Overseeing coverage of Brazilian clients from all segments (P&I, M&M, O&G, Consumer, Industrials and FIs).- Business development and deal origination focused on sector and product diversification.- Leading role in coordination of internal processes (credit and country risk approvals, KYC, Enhanced Due Diligence, legal, among other procedures).- Responsible for the development of TPS and FI strategies for Brazil.- Execution of transactions related to IB (M&A), TPS (Trade Finance, Cash) and GM (FX). - Direct reporting to the Brazilian CEO.

Corporate & Investment Banking - Client Coverage- Coverage of Brazilian clients from the Construction and Diversified industries.- Interaction with clients’ Treasury teams in order to provide solutions on TPS (Letters of Credit, Working Capital lines), IB (M&A, term loan) and GM (FX, bonds) across Africa.- Coordination of works with local teams in order to promote execution of deals (credit approvals, PRMC, KYC, legal).- Prospection of new clients through seminars and trips to Africa. - Direct reporting to the Brazilian CEO.

Investment Banking - Power & Infrastructure Coverage- Coverage of Brazilian clients from the Power & Infrastructure sector.- Financial analysis (valuation) of companies.- Production of pitch books to support the origination of M&A, Project Finance and DCM transactions.- Support on credit applications and analysis for approvals in other Standard Bank locations, including the UK and South Africa.- Reporting of the Power & Infrastructure pipeline.- Interaction with clients and other teams abroad (mainly China, Hong Kong and African countries).- Compliance approvals.- Support to the Brazilian CEO in the relationship with specific clients.

Investment Banking - M&A- Engagement in projects at the following sectors: Retail, Power & Infrastructure, and Diversified industries.- Economic and financial analysis (valuation) of companies.- Industry research by business sectors.- Support on Enhanced Due Diligence processes.- Preparation of Pitch books.
