Electronic Technician at Noble do Brasil, Rig Noble Paul Wolff SS-53.MAIN ACTIVITIES:- Install, maintain and repair all electrical equipment onboard the rig.- Maintenance and repair of communication and navigation systems.- Calibration, maintenance and repair of security systems (fire and gas detection, alarms dynamic positioning, water detection system)- Maintenance and repair in the BOP (blow out preventer) Shaffer 5th Generation.- BOP acoustic system test- Perform running and pulling BOP operating MUX cable reels- Generate event reports, alarms and failures in the BOP during drilling operations- Ensure that repairs and projects are finished timely and keep a minimum backlog.- Ensure that equipment failure is kept to a minimum and within contractual limits.- Ensure replacement parts are kept to an optimum level.- Ensure planned maintenance is accurately completed.- Ensure that entries on permits, isolation tags and logs accurately reflect the current status of equipment.- Ensure safe and efficient operations on equipments.COURSES:- Basic Safety Course on Facilities and Electrical Services - NR 10- Explosive atmosphere (EX) (16h)- ABB Marine High Voltage Safety Course- SAP Maintenance- Safety Working at Height - NR 35- Confined Space (16h) - NR 33- Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET)- Basic Survival Training (CBSP)
