I have over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working on various international luxury cruise ships, private senior homes, restaurants, and hotels. I also hold certifications in USPH and UKPH, pro-serve ,advance food safety,which demonstrate my adherence to the highest standards of hygiene and safety in food and beverage service.In my current role, I oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of various events and functions, ranging from weddings and corporate meetings to fundraisers and galas. I also work as a breakfast/banquet supervisor at Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary Airport North, where I ensure the quality and consistency of the food and beverage service for the guests.
