Provide “hands-on” technical support•Lead technical staff in diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair of production test station to system level issues. • Interpret/read production drawings, technical or services manuals, technical bulletins and identify components by name and symbol. •Continuous usage of electronics hand tools, soldering iron, etc. to repair cables, fixture and other test interfaces. •Completes all documentation and enters data in various software applications or on appropriate forms. • Lead associates in diagnosing and provide training for technical issues on production lines. •Prepare data reports to determine pattern of continuous improvement and working with accepted quality guidelines to achieve goals. •Follow and assist to maintain all ESD standards as they relate to ISO and IPC standards. •Possible travel to OEM sites for Technical training. •Assist the technical support supervisor for new product introduction. •Work with onsite / off site engineering for upgrades or troubleshooting assistances as needed.
