A decennial experience applied in the transition that is radically modifying the asset of Procurement area. This is what characterizes my professional path within one of the most important multinational corporation of plastics products. The Procurement function is taking more and more importance, changing from an operational to a strategical role. In this area, I’m developing from years a new organizational management model, revising the previous operational configuration to a new one with added strategical value. Among the most important ones: developing new functionalities, running the risk management, implementing IT technology, all this with a new concept of sustainable procurement. The management of the organization which I’m developing has the goal of maximize the efficiencies and internal costs, in order to get ready for the future model of “Procurement 4.0”.
