This project entails linking the Graça Aranha Substation in Maranhão with the Silvânia Substation in Goiás. My role encompasses the management of all aspects related to the implementation of 1,500 km transmission lines involved. The primary objective of this endeavor is to safely transmit renewable energy—sourced from wind and solar farms in northeastern Brazil—to the major consumption centers in southeastern Brazil. The scope of this project covers every phase of implementation, starting from the Basic Design through to full energization. This includes executive design, material procurement, testing and installation, civil engineering, site work, and comprehensive commissioning of the 800kV HVDC.
