During my time at XP International, I have gained valuable experience across various areas of operations. I began my journey in the Data, Automation, and Reporting team, utilizing the Addepar system to enhance efficiency. Subsequently, I joined the Operational Control team, where I focused on reconciliations and automations for all the desks we support. Currently, I work with the FICC (Fixed Income, Commodities, and Currency) desk, where I am responsible for commission control, trade reconciliation, margin and limit monitoring, and the allocation of futures trades.

Development of dashboards using Power BI; extraction and analysis of data with SQL in the Azure Databricks environment; programming and automation of processes with Python and Power Automate; mapping and adjustment of routines on servers; project tracking using agile methodology.
