As Financial advisor, I have been providing consultancy services to local and multinational Companies 
(both in English and Italian) on the following specific areas:- M&A (evaluation of Companies to be sold to foreign Groups, preparation of put &call option 
contracts for companies to be acquired from multinational Group; I have been also managing
the relationships between buyers and sellers during the acquisition process).- Audit in specific financial areas in order to determine if procedures and processes were properly 
in place and audit of contracts with managers or big suppliers liaising with the finance departments
and reporting the results to Directors/Managers.- Focused advises on big items to be considered as a reconciliation between statutory and 
management accounts, analysing the contracts in place and liaising (sometimes) with external 
auditors or consultants in order to decide if reversals/adjustments were needed.- I have been involved in building road maps to set-up new financial departments or shared service 
centre where required.- I have been involved in restructuring projects, where the experience in the HR area has been capable to minimize the economic impacts deriving from these extraordinary operations.- Temporary CFO for Companies when required (in particular for companies proving services in the 
media and communications businesses).

Managing Director and Chief Operating and Financial Officer, at Holding level, of an Italian Group of Companies (65 subsidiaries with 23 CFOs and networks).Several years of experience in the management of accounting, reporting and control processes for Corporate, Local and Divisional levels, to drive the planning and budgeting cycles for Group and Local reporting (IFRS and Italian Gaap, IAS, SOX). SAP and Hyperion software.Sound experience in providing financial and strategic advice to the Parent Company for mergers and acquisitions and implementation of IT Projects.
