My role in Planning & Production Control is to, develop/enhance maintenance program, work statements/work package, evaluate work scopes from customer to assist Business Development, and production schedules identifying facility requirements, man hour estimates, manpower requirements, grounding time, parts and material lists, tooling list, third party services and specialized resources to ensure that contractual commitments and production targets of the company are met.Support production departments with detailed plans and ensure that all required documentations are supplied with the task cards to maximize efficiency by production personnel.Ensure that work documents are segregated in accordance to plan, skill and phases (Pre-hangar, docking, removal, cleaning, inspection, rectification of noted discrepancies, replacement of components, compliance of AD/SBs, corrosion control, lubrication, restoration and functional checks).To lead, guide and mentor Planning & Production Control personnel to consistently deliver excellence in their undertakings, effective team players and to ensure that company policies and procedures are strictly followed.
