    - Responsible for 3D design and production process of HELIREAM PCD cutting tool for Ford Motor Company (Transmission Plant - Prototype Department) in its prototype stage as well as in actual production. Cutting tool like this never existed before on the market.-Developed a production process of coolant holes on pre-form body for helical tools, to remove EDM operation from production process, saving 15 minutes per hole (usually 4-6 holes per tool). Also, by removing EDM operation, no crystallization effect occurred, thus removing brittle areas from the tool that causes tool to brake easily.- Determined customer needs, requirements and expectations, reviewing tool design and development, developing manufacturing processes and validation- Responsible for product launch, feedback, assessment and corrective actions for continuous improvement identifying outputs and links to customer expectations- Leaded all activities related to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including meeting with customers and suggesting design changes to ensure manufacturability and long-term process capability- Designed solid-carbide, HSS and PCD cutting tools for automotive and aerospace industry (step drills, straight flute drills, milling cutters, reamers, etc.) using CoCreate ME10 , CATIA and Pro/E- Implementation of SOP (Systematic optimization of production)- Completed design of carbide cutting and PCD tool sets for various projects for Ford Motor Company (valve guides transmission's logic plates, solenoid valve bodies, etc.).- Member of team responsible for design of cutting tool set for Airbus A380- Programmed macros using CoCreate's ME10 macro language for faster design capabilities- Responsible for implementation of FORD, CHRYSLER and GM CAD standards in Unimerco's CAD exchange documentation using AutoCAD 2006
