This position is mainly responsible for updating the quality assurance management plan of ambient air monitoring network nationwide; assessing of quality control activities (QA/QC) for the ambient air monitoring; conducting field inspection for ambient and stack monitoring and assisting on the formulation of policies relevant to the establishment of standards and procedures for stack, mobile and area sources regulations.
