The role acts as link among field teams, partners and customers, dedicated to the development of Professional Services engagements. Field activities range from Architecture Assessments aimed at Cloud Evolutions, to actual Projects. As a Senior Architect, I perform Project Planning/Monitoring/Controlling activities, also managing the communication with appropriate audiences.

IT modernization project with a complete BSS and OSS stack renewal aimed at simplifying the product offering, for both technical and commercial catalogue. The renewed stack improves time-to-market and increases the markup by improving the efficiency of the IT environment.In this project I’m working as Integration Architecture SME, covering areas from Application Integration Architecture, to Security and Infrastructure Services.Technologies: Oracle AIA 3.1, Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite 11g), Oracle ServiceBus 11g (OSB), Oracle Siebel 8.1, Oracle BRM 7.x, OSM 7.x.

Through the joint offer with an Italian Satellite TV network, the project aims at introducing a centralized (Mobile and Landline, for both consumer and business users) Order Management infrastructure on the BPM layer. Another core innovation was the introduction of a real-time e-Shopping chart, Siebel based, directly accessible to Fastweb’s and partner’s website. The customer could then have the chart finalised into a Purchase Order. Additional complexity was due to the live integration of the CRMs (Fastweb and TV Network one), their Orders State Machines. The main focus of my activities was on BSS processes analysis and design, from B2B interaction to Portal-to-Siebel and Order Management orchestration. My previous expertise let me follow the whole lifecycle. Development of integration services for a large Italian broadband and MVNO, with detail design of BSS processes (Customer and Order management processes). Main activities were development of AquaLogic Service Bus services and AquaLogicBPM processes. My technical skills allowed me to participate in the initial application servers set-up, both Weblogic and Siebel environments.
