Acting in the management of DNIT works, bid by this body and whose object refers to the maintenance of special works (bridges and viaducts) located in the states of RN, PB, PR, AM, and AC.I actively contributed to the management of these auctions, from the initial phase, with all the documentation, budget spreadsheets, compositions and technical collections, as well as in the closing of contracts with such Superintendencies and the inspection sector.I managed the construction of 200 MCMV houses (concrete walls) in the city of Ribeirão-PE, where I worked on its budget, planning, design and controls, in terms of monitoring costs and quality.I managed the milling work in João Pessoa-PB, whose service was carried out on the main avenues of the city.

Management of the work object of bidding for the Air Base composed of 3 residential towers, totaling 144 apartments, in Parnamirim-RN. I was responsible for the entire closing of contracts with third parties, including the respective negotiations, contracting and measurements; I analyzed and approved the material purchase orders, with special attention to meeting the specifications contained in the memorials, projects and budget spreadsheet related to the bidding contract with Aeronautics; I prepared all the letters inherent to the constant dealings with the Air Base, regarding changes in design, budget and other clarifications regarding proposals for improvements in construction methods; I managed the elaboration of the additives to the bidding contract; I followed the production, with the control of the services in progress, their respective packages, productivity, planning and costs; I followed and approved the management and Quality Sector reports, as well as project control, with their respective changes and adjustments. With regard to the prevention of Covid-19, our work has become a reference not only locally but also in other states regarding the implementation of the various measures we have taken, these being presented both at Sinduscon and other entities related to engineering.

Monitoring the work of the New Administrative Headquarters until its completion, with the release of purchase orders for materials and services, measurements with the contractors, project control, planning and organization of teams.

I worked as a Production Engineer being in charge of all the services in progress, organizing and dimensioning the teams, receiving the services, quantitative for requests for purchase and contracting of outsourced services. I worked directly in improving logistics in the horizontal and vertical transport of materials through the improvement of some processes. I was able to increase productivity by improving the procedures related to the work instructions of the quality system, as well as managing the existing conflicts related to people management.

I managed all contracts and negotiations for purchase, monitoring and preparation of management reports and the Quality Sector. Project control, budget and planning. I was a member of the Quality Procedures Review Committee. I implemented several important technologies, such as projected plaster, self-leveling subfloor, hydraulic installations with Pert system, and fire with Sigás. Replacement of concrete mixer by mortar with the exclusive use of ready mortar. I managed the constant changes in the project and all the conflicts inherent in people management, generated by the existing high staff, around 450 employees, and managed to deliver the work 2 months in advance.

I worked in four projects consisting of residential buildings, totaling 5 towers built, where I worked with planning, budgeting, projects and quality management. I coordinated the preparation of management reports, and control of FVS´s. I participated in monthly meetings with the committee of representatives of the condominiums and I was chairman of the Quality Procedures Review Committee and member of the New Technologies Committee. I established procedures to guarantee the execution of the services following the fundamentals of Lean Construction. I implemented the zero defect culture and managed to deliver the last work without any pending issues.

I worked in telecommunications works by TIM and Claro in the states of Ceará, Maranhão and Piauí, working in hiring staff, suppliers, preparing quantities, issuing purchase orders, sending photographic reports, and preparing As Built.

I was the technical manager of the company, and worked in the construction of several works in the states of CE, PI, RN, PA, TO and DF. I coordinated the logistics for the delivery of the towers, monitored the assemblies, I was in charge of supply management, staffing and payroll.
