Order Planning – Special Ship – The Store and Customer Order Analyst will be responsible for all written orders by store for each special ship season, including Food, General Merchandise and supplies, based on each individual stores requirements, space allotment and market nuance.• Determine and adhere to the timelines required for each special ship seasons orders• Manage the data inputs into the special ship platform, each season, by store• Segment each stores order by commodity • Work with appropriate personnel to maintain and improve data integrity with regards to order forecasting and writing• Maintain and update forecast models, measure accuracy and adjust when business needs change• Maintain the special ship store schedules• Liaise with the Company’s Demand Planners to shore up deficient demand data where possible• Make recommendations regarding process improvements contributing to reduction of forecast error and bias
