Focusing on data science projects for multiple clients. Projects span varying sectors and driving tangible business (and customer) value. Projects include:- Identifying at risk clients and embedding this in to operations, which has lead to an increase in retention of high-value customers- Propensity modelling to optimise re-targeting through online marketing channels (and increasing ROI)- Enabling a customer to re-negotiate a contract with their key partner based on a sophisticated revenue forecasting model- Case study around building a recommendation solution for a popular online retailer

- Deliver business reporting to numerous stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis - these range from fully interactive Tableau dashboards, to basic Excel reports (to cover legacy requirements).- Created the first interactive dashboard used within the digital department and demonstrated the power of Tableau - reduced monthly reporting down from 14 hours to less than 1 (mixture of Tableau reporting and data aggregation improvements).- Self taught Python to help with data aggregation requirements from a range of digital tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Swrve, Gigya, Ooyala and AudioMetrix). Extremely keen to continue pursuing the programming capabilities of Python to expand into the Big Data space (an area of huge interest for me).- Involved with the pilot phase of Alteryx integration within the business. Self taught, built and now maintain various complex ETL processes to aid with our data needs.- Built and now maintain a local MS SQL server database to house all of our digital data - huge improvement on efficiency compared to old CSV store method. Learnt to use SSMS to build the database and have found a way to build the SQL code into my Python scripts to allow for a more streamlined approach to data collection.- Lead the technical implementation for all Adobe Analytics tagging requirements. This involves maintaining the data dictionary, adding new tagging where appropriate and liaising with the product and development team (and aiding with ticket creation) to make sure work is correctly scheduled within the development pipeline.- Aiding with the implementation of a new testing process within the business. Currently acting as the main point of contact for Optimizely and helping to roll it out as a new product within our team.
