About Danilo José Lara Barón
I'm currently working as a Technical services Coordinator at Dinamo, where I direct the efforts of a group of collaborators to provide solutions to our customers in the whole national territory in terms of technical assistance related to gensets.I previously worked as a supervisor in the maintenance area for a group of companies from the pulp and paper industry, where I was part of a group of professionals with strong background in process control, automation and industrial maintenance, where I gained knowledge in these areas and I started to develop my skills to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization.Personally, I feel a moral obligation to act with humility, honesty and loyalty. I take pride for achievements as a team, and I think the responsibility, attitude, aptitude and building relationships are key to success. I also believe that continuos improvement is a key concept in the path to excellence of an individual and that's why I continuosly work to improve professionally and personally.From the technical point of view, some of my skills are:- Sizing, selection and programming of electrical drives: motors, soft starters (Benshaw), frequency drives ACS (ABB), iS5 (LG), Altivar (Telemechanique), and DC Powerflex (Allen Bradley).- Programming of PLCs Fatek, Omrom, LG, Siemens (Logo!, Simatic 505, S7300) y Phoenix Contact.- Programming of industrial Robots KUKA (KR 180R-3200 PA) - Handling of tools for detecting faults in static and rotating equipment: Thermal Imaging with FLIR T440, Vibration Analysis with Extech 407850. - Certified Technician in Generac generators, Air Cooled (Guardian, Comercial) and Liquid Cooled Series (Quiet Test, Protector).
