Account delivery lead for some Brazil's major telecom players within northeast technology center which covering the all SDLC, from business understanding, product development, testing, production delivery and support. Direct responsible for managing more than 200 people.

Testing Factory Lead to one of the major telecom players of the world managing more than 50 people to deliver software solutions.

Responsible for supply chain outbound area (Warehouse and Transportation) to the Brazil's operation. Among the main activities:- Capture and enable business demands through IT capabilities;- Perform stakeholder management along with Supply Chain leadership;- Leading projects of new distribution centers, warehouse & transportation systems improvements and new integration with logistic operators;- Maintain and improve the Warehouse Mngt System (WMS), Transportation Mngt System (TMS), SAP integrations and the SAP SD module;- Activation of Cordillera project (ECC 6.0 Americas) for warehouse and transportation areas.

Lego Plus program aimed to review Unilever logistic network for Brazil southeast region. This program consisted of some projects to create the major distribution center of Americas and close some others seeking for chain optimizations and tax benefits. I was responsible for an IT budget of € 5 million and around 8 team members between Unilever and third parties.

Cordillera project aims to establish a Unilever Americas Supply Chain Company (UASCC) to manage the integrated Americas Supply Chain based on Switzerland. The main objectives are to act more on a regional and global basis to rapidly deliver innovation while also acting locally to meet specific customer needs. It requires a different organization with better visibility of information, common processes and better tools along with faster, more accountable decision making. By IT side, the main objective is to deliver new process models and tools for the Cordillera project which includes the deploy of one ERP core instance (SAP ECC 6.0) for the Americas region (21 Countries) integrated with the heritage systems we have in the region. As Brazil IT Data Conversion Lead, I'm responsible for ensuring the delivery of Master Data to Brazil's release that includes Data Cleasing, Remediation, Build and Validation activities.

- Responsible for maintain and improve all the Customer and Marketing processes and applications including SAP, CRM (Siebel), EDI, Market Development and Brand Development Apps for the whole latin america- Understanding how to achieve the Customer and Marketing needs using IT as business enabler- Leading a project to design and deploy BPM to monitor the Unilever's business processes using the SAP Solution Manager - Responsible for the Service Delivery work plan building the annual targets/priorities along with the leaderships and monitoring/reporting the results

- Short experience in sales of the Unilever commercial area - Focus in the major key account of northeast region ensuring the best execution on the point of sales and activating the strategic and tactical planning to enable Unilever to achieve the sales targets in my area

Project management, cost management, IT Strategy & Governance and IT Service management using ITIL and COBIT frameworks. I also performed some technicals activities like Database Management, Software Development ( Java and .NET ) and Industrial applications maintenance.
