Implementation and management of the Quality Management System, ISO 9001: 2015 Certification, elaboration of KPIs / BSC for board of the company and for supply chain management, reduction of Non Conformities costs and quantity through the implementation of external and internal improvements plan, elaboration and implementation of "Program of ideas" focused on continuous improvement and cost reduction, implementation of Lean Tools (5S, + QPCE, DCM), department budget and planning control, management of team activities: quality control and assurance, costumer homologation (Siemens Gamesa, Nordex Acciona, Vestas, GE, WEG and others), management, qualification and development of the supply chain.

Management and evaluation of Supply chain; development, non-conformities and homologation. Creation of KPIs / BSC and monthly monitoring of area performance. Auditing of process for Qualification of facilities suppliers items development activities with Engineering and Process departments. Continuous improvement programs within the suppliers facilities. Technical support to purchasing area for qualification and development of supply chain. APQP / PPAP analysis and follow-up for new projects.

In charge of quality activities (control, assurance and management), with emphasis in projects, processes, continuous improvement, customer service and supply chain development. Solid knowledge in quality management system, quality tools, suppliers development, process and system audits based on specific standards such as clients, ISO 9001 and TS16949 requirements, QSB, as well as supporting areas to process improvements.
